Role Description: Works with Release Managers and Project Managers to prepare and review status reports and track issues and risks across the program.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generates aggregated program issues and risks across program portfolio
- Discerns and manages project issues and risks that might impact the delivery of the Quest program
- Identify and track PMO level risks and issues
- Create and Manage PMO level risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Work with Release Managers to review project status reports
- Create weekly PMO status reports that communicate variances in schedule and costs at PMO level
- Manage executive reporting process in collaboration with the Program Lead
- Establish project, release, and program reporting standards in collaboration with the program methodology lead
- Manages portfolio and project level portfolio analysis, aggregation, and reporting processes through standard and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
- Assists with project end-phase quality reviews (as required)
- Provides day-to-day support for standard and ad-hoc program and project analysis
- Works with Release Managers to review project level risks, issues, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans
